Is the company based in Germany?
Yes, our headquarters and warehouse are located in Erlangen, Germany. From here, we supply hair salons and distributors throughout Europe—with short delivery routes and a delivery time of approx. 1–3 business days (within Germany).
Do you offer training?
Yes, whether you are a newcomer or need a refresher for experienced teams—we provide individual training to ensure a smooth start with tape extensions. We also offer training for new employees in your salon. Simply contact us for an appointment.
Who can become a partner salon?
Exclusively hair salons with a valid business license. Our products are professional-only and are not sold to end consumers. This way, we protect the value of your work and the quality of the application.
What do I need to become a partner?
Only a current business license in the hairdressing sector. Prior experience with extensions is not necessary—we train you and your team to ensure everything is perfect at the start.
How quickly can I start?
That depends on your experience. With extension experience, it happens very quickly—often within a few days. Without prior experience, we will first schedule a training session. It’s best if we speak personally—call us or write to us via the contact form.
