How long can tape extensions be worn?
Our Tape-In Extensions can be worn for 6–8 weeks. Afterwards, they are removed, cleaned, and re-applied with new adhesive. We recommend up to three re-application cycles.
Can I reuse tape extensions?
Yes, we recommend reusing them up to three times — depending on the condition of the extensions. With proper care and our hair by A. products, your clients will get the most out of their tapes.
Is it real human hair?
Yes, 100% Remy human hair. This means: the cuticle is intact, and all hairs are processed in the same growth direction. The hair does not tangle, has a natural shine, and is very similar to European hair.
Can extensions be colored?
Generally yes — with direct dyes or semi-permanent tint (max. 4%). Important: The tape connections must not come into contact with the coloring product. We advise against bleaching. The warranty expires with chemical treatment.
How many colors and tape variations are there?
Over 27 colors in the categories Naturals, Red, Colorflow, Root Colors, and Balayage. Plus two tape variations: Original Tapes (25, 40, 55 cm) and Stitch Tapes (25, 40 cm). Each pack contains 12 tapes, i.e., 6 sandwiches. All colors can be combined with each other.
Can natural hair be colored when extensions are in?
Yes, as long as the adhesive connections do not come into contact with the color. However, we recommend coloring the hair preferably without extensions in — this allows for better control of the result and keeps the tapes undamaged.
